Negotiations between landowners at ExxonMobil gas facilities in Papua New Guinea’s Hela province and the PNG Government are continuing as a landowner blockade of crucial sites enters its second week.
Landowners are demanding action from the Government on a host of late payments, including over one billion kina in royalties.
