Biographical Info
The new Inner City North State Secondary College (SSC) will be delivered in conjunction with the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). The school will be a flagship, future-focused educational facility for Years 7-12 in Brisbane’s inner north.
The school will be located on St Pauls Terrace and Brookes Street in Fortitude Valley. The school will service growing communities in and around Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Bowen Hills and New Farm and relieve enrolment pressure on Kelvin Grove State College. The school will open in 2020 to Year 7 students and will grow each year to 2025 when it will accommodate 1,500 students in Years 7-12.
