Lendlease was selected as the Developer of Barangaroo South by the Barangaroo Delivery Authority (“BDA”) in December 2009. Lendlease was also appointed to undertake remediation of the site and to build the Barangaroo Reserve park. Due for completion in 2019, the 235-metre skyscraper will be the tallest residential tower in Sydney’s CBD. Built for Chinese Developer Greenland, the development will house 479 spectacular 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments, plus stunning sub-penthouse and penthouse residences across 67 levels.
Unique and revolutionary “Sydney Balconies” allow true indoor-outdoor connections with the glass-fronted balconies providing protection from wind and noise.

The redevelopment of the Ivanhoe Estate at Macquarie Park into a sustainable and dynamic community has reached an important milestone
NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) has been working with the Aspire Consortium (Frasers Property Australia and Mission Australia Housing) on transforming the 8.2 hectare site on the corner of Herring Road and Epping Road. World-class urban design, quality facilities and public open spaces will support a cohesive and sustainable community and make Ivanhoe a highly desirable place to live.
Current planning controls indicate that the site has a gross floor area of around 278,000m2 which, dependent on unit sizes, will allow for a range of 3,000 – 3,400 units including over 950 social housing units and 128 affordable rental homes being built over the next 10-12 years.
